How long does it take?
Usually under a minute. You can wait on the page, or leave and we'll email you a link when it's ready.
Is it a real painting?
No. Each portrait is created with AI in the style you choose, so it has the look of a painting or drawing without being made by hand. You get it as a digital file, or printed on high-quality paper or canvas.
What makes a good photo?
One pet, face clearly visible, in good natural light, taken at their eye level. Avoid heavy filters and very dark or blurry shots.
How much does it cost?
Creating and previewing is free. A watermark-free digital download is £4.99. Prints start from £23 and always include the digital file. UK delivery is £4.95, or free over £50.
Can I order a framed print?
Yes. Choose an unframed print, a framed print with a white mount in black, white or oak, or a gallery canvas, in sizes up to A2. Each one is made to order and usually dispatched within 7 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Digital downloads are available wherever you are. Prints, framed prints and canvases are delivered to UK addresses only for now (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
Do I need an account?
No, and you don't need to give us your email to try it. Add it while your portrait is being created if you'd like us to send you a link, or when you order. You can sign in later with a one-time link to see everything you've made.
What happens to my photo?
It's stored privately and only used to create your portrait. It's never shown publicly. See our privacy policy for details.
Can you make something else, like mugs or a banner?
Quite possibly. If you can't find what you're looking for, send us a message with your idea and we'll let you know what we can do.
